Agreement

By using Add-On Site AI (the Chrome extension, website, and hosted backend at addonsite.ai), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Self-hosted deployments are governed by the operator of that deployment; these Terms cover the hosted product we operate.

The service

Add-On Site AI lets you describe page changes in natural language, apply safe declarative edits, and save sticky rules that auto-apply on matching visits. Features, quotas, and pricing may change; Free, Pro, and Team limits are described on the marketing site and may be enforced server-side.

Your account & keys

• You are responsible for keeping Extension API keys and login credentials confidential.
• Revoke compromised keys from Settings and create new ones.
• You must provide accurate account information and be old enough to use the service in your region.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break laws, scrape in violation of third-party terms, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, auth, or billing
• Probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the hosted infrastructure beyond normal use
• Remake sites in ways that steal credentials, impersonate others, or violate the underlying site’s terms — you choose which sites to enable and are responsible for that use

AI-generated edits

Model output can be wrong or incomplete. You review and accept changes before relying on them. Safe mode uses declarative ops by design; we do not guarantee edits will work on every page (strict CSP, LiveView-only data, and similar limits apply — see Honest limits on the home page).

Your content

You retain rights to prompts and rules you create. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the service (including sending prompts to our AI provider). Shared rule links expose remake metadata to anyone with the token until they expire.

Third-party sites & providers

Enabling a site does not make us affiliated with that site. AI providers, email, and hosting process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses from relying on AI-generated remakes. Our aggregate liability for the hosted service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim (or zero if you use Free).

Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform. Paid plans are subject to Stripe’s checkout/portal terms where used.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
